Question from Pat - A House for Catherine Parr

Several years ago, we were on a tour through the beautiful Cotswolds. We were taken by our tour guide to a private home in a lovely village for cream tea. The owner said that the house had been built as a gift to Catherine Parr from Henry VIII.
She also said that the ceiling in one of the rooms had been featured in "Architecural Digest". Does anyone know in what village this lovely home was located?

Sudeley Castle, the home of Catherine Parr and her fourth husband Sir Thomas Seymour, is in the Cotswolds. But it was Seymour's home, given to him by his nephew Edward VI, rather than a home given to Catherine by Henry VIII.
