Question from Orla - Katherine Tudor, daughter of Henry VII and Elizabeth of York
Hi, was wondering about Katherine Tudor, the youngest child of Elizabeth of York and Henry VII. How long did she live for roughly? And where was she buried? Did Henry VII ever see her, and did Henry VIII or his other sisters visit her?

Katherine was the last child of Elizabeth of York and Henry VII and was born in the Tower. She died, I believe about 8 days after birth and her mother a few days afterwards. It is likely she was baptized as I believe newborns were baptized fairly quickly in an age of very high infant mortality so it is probably Henry VII and his other children saw the baby. I would think it likely she was buried with her parents at Westminster Abbey.
