Are you talking 'vacations', or where the Tudors spent the holidays...like Christmas? Hampton Court was used for the festive Christmas season, especially by Henry VIII. Greenwich was a favorite, too.
My guess would be that the progresses each monarch made around the countryside during the summer months would be considered vacations. There would have been a light-heartedness about getting 'away' from government business and staying with courtiers, although no Tudor monarch was far from the cares of state.
