No one knows for sure. Many of Elizabeth's jewels wound up adorning the person of Anne of Denmark, wife of James I (VI of Scotland). James was succeeded by his son, Charles I, who succumbed to the forces of Oliver Cromwell. During Cromwell's time in power, the majority of the crown jewels were destroyed, and presumably, many of the royal family's personal jewels were either destroyed or sold. It is therefore highly likely that this ring disappeared during the time of Cromwell.
