I am interested in finding out more details of England's involvement in the Anglo-French War, (1521-1526).
Henry VIII joined the Hapsburg Empire against France but what, if anything did the English troops achieve or do. This period always seems to be brushed over in the general histories. Where can I find more detail about the military campaign

I too have had similar wonderings, the best information I have found so far is within 'Henry VIII's Military Revolution - the armies of sixteenth century britain & europe' by James Raymond. It's not cheap somay be worth seeing if your local library could get hold of it for you. There is a reasonable amount of detail on this camapign contained within.
