There are no living descendants of Elizabeth I as she had no children. However, there are living descendants of her relatives, for example of Henry Carey and Katherine Carey Knollys, the children of Elizabeth's maternal aunt Mary Boleyn (the other Boleyn girl). There are lots of descendants from other branches of the Tudor family as well.
