I suspect what you are actually asking is whether there is a concise listing available of the chaplains appointed to the Royal Household during the reign of Elizabeth I. After checking a number of subscription-only scholarly databases, I do not find such a list.
But there are of course records available. It's just that no one has yet gone to the trouble of going through those records and compiling a list. The records are part of the Office of the Clerk of the Closet.
