They are contained in the files known as "Kings Bench," part 8, file 9, consisting of 21 sheets of vellum under the title "Roll and file of the Court of the Lord High Steward and Peers, Principal Defendants and Charges: Queen Anne Boleyn, Sir George Boleyn Lord Rocheford, high treason, adultery and incest." Access to the files is very limited.
