I am trying to find out any facts about jousting in tudortimes for my year8 (I am 12 years old)homework. Can anyone help me or know of any sites that could help? Thanks
It is from the National Archives and the Victoria and Albert Museum and tells you what jousting involved and a bit about three famous jousters. There is also a jousting game.
You could try the web site "Life in Elizabethan England" You can find the table of contents for the site on this link: http://elizabethan.org/compendium/home.html
I didn't see anything particular on jousting but there's lots of good information that you may find useful.
