Did Princess Mary Tudor, former queen of France, ever recognise Anne Boleyn as queen?
Did Mary have a long illness before death?

By all accounts, Mary wasn't fond of Anne. She resented Anne taking precedence over her prior to Anne's marriage to Henry and I suspect Mary always saw her as an upstart and a trouble-maker. As it turned out, there wasn't much opportunity for Mary to have to recognise Anne as queen. Mary's illness prevented her from attending Anne's coronation (probably fortuitously as far as Mary was concerned) and she died soon afterwards. Had she lived, I don't suppose Mary would have actively failed to recognise Anne when necessity demanded it, but I imagine it would always have been through gritted teeth and I doubt she would have spent any more time at court than she had to.
