I've come across one or two passing mentions of Edward VI's grave not holding him, and the real king being buried somewhere in a field. I'm trying to source out any original mentions of this, or at least a place where the rumour might have started?

This rumor apparently began from a letter written by one of Northumberland's sons. See the question from Kat: "Henry VIII's body and others after death" which was posted on this site on Wednesday, July 30, 2008. Tamise, Nikki and PhD Historian discussed it.
