With all the craziness I've had this month, I totally missed the three year anniversary of the start of this blog! It started on November 9, 2005 and the first question that came in a week later on Thomas Cromwell. Now here we are nearly 600 posts and three years later!
And since it is Thanksgiving here in the States, I'd like to take a moment to thank all of you for your interesting questions and very interesting and helpful answers!
Congratulations, Lara! I appreciate the existence of this blog as a safe place to exercise my Tudor passions. I think you do a great job of selecting material for the blog and offering up questions, as well as encouraging a civil and endlessly curious community on our favorite dynasty.
ReplyDeleteHappy Thanksgiving Laura! I live in the States too, in NY to be precise, but Happy Thanksgiving and anniversary of this wonderful site.
ReplyDeleteThanks y'all! I have to admit to getting a lot of satisfaction from the blog, but as I always say, I owe a lot to the wonderful questions and answers from you guys!
