One copy survives and was recently bought by the Church of England. I posted about it on the News blog here: http://tudorhistory.org/blog/2008/02/19/mary-queen-of-scots-death-warrant-purchased/There is also info at the official site for the Lambeth Palace library: http://www.lambethpalacelibrary.org/
A copy of Mary stuart Queen of scot's death warrant does exist but I am not sure what happened to it after her execution.A copy of her speech at the scaffold also was recorded at the time and also still survives.
